The Role • Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience and high customer satisfaction. • Act as the direct deputy to the store manager, overseeing efficient workflow management and team leadership. • Manage all operational tasks within the sales floor and stockroom. • Conduct inventory checks, merchandise display setup, and shelf-life verification. • Restock and ensure the freshness of produce, fruits, and baked goods. • Handle cashier duties and assist with stockroom and cleaning tasks.
