Job Description
Overview Location: Chantilly,VA Clearance: Top Secret/SCI Poly Compensation Range: 160k - 180k (Placement within the salary range will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, years of relevant experience, demonstrated expertise, education, certifications, and internal equity considerations. The organization reserves the right to modify compensation ranges at its discretion.) Position Summary: Support enterprise IT systems engineering activities for mission-critical government environments. Translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions while supporting system integration, architecture, analysis, testing, and lifecycle management. Responsibilities * Support systems engineering lifecycle activities including requirements analysis, design, integration, validation, and sustainment
* Develop system architecture documentation and technical recommendations
* Perform systems analysis, interface design, and configuration management support
* Support operational performance analysis and risk assessments
* Collaborate with government stakeholders, program teams, and technical staff
* Assist with system modernization and technology implementation initiatives Required Qualifications * ACTIVE TS/SCI POLY CLEARANCE * Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
* 10+ years of relevant professional experience
* Experience supporting federal government or defense-related programs preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment Desired Qualifications * Systems engineering methodologies
* Enterprise IT infrastructure and architecture
* Requirements analysis and documentation

* Strong analytical and communication skills
