Pay Range:$90,000-$115,000 Per Year

Description
Join our team as a Senior Facilities Engineer in a full-time capacity in the Cudahy, WI area. 
This role involves overseeing design and operational aspects of facilities, utilizing advanced engineering principles and tools. 
The successful candidate will manage medium-sized projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Provide design layouts and ensure accuracy in complex stress analysis and engineering computations.
Create detailed assembly drawings and technical documentation for various projects.
Investigate and recommend solutions for machinery and facility improvements.
Lead medium-sized projects from design through to installation and startup.
Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to meet project goals.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Science, or equivalent state registration.
5 years of experience in design and project management.
Experience with capital expenditure projects and stress analysis.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong judgment and problem-solving skills in engineering contexts.
