Job Title: Senior Microsoft 365 Systems Administrator
Location: Tulsa, OK (Hybrid: Mon-Thu onsite, Fri remote)
Duration: 12-Month Contract (Potential Extension/Conversion)

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to lead the administration, security, and optimization of enterprise Microsoft 365 platforms. This role focuses on delivering reliable, secure, and scalable collaboration solutions while driving platform strategy and mentoring team members.

What You'll Do

• Lead administration of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot, Entra ID)
• Manage identity and access (SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, governance)
• Provide Tier 3 support, root cause analysis, and system improvements
• Drive M365 platform strategy, upgrades, and roadmap alignment
• Implement security and compliance solutions (Purview, DLP, eDiscovery, retention)
• Design and deliver scalable solutions aligned with business needs
• Mentor team members and collaborate across teams

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of IT experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration
• Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), SSO, MFA, and access management
• Hands-on experience with security and compliance tools (Purview, DLP, eDiscovery)
• Experience providing Tier 3 support for complex systems
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot and emerging M365 tools
• Background in platform governance and strategy
• Experience mentoring or leading technical teams
• Knowledge of automation or scripting (PowerShell)
