Job Description

Our client is looking for a Lead OpsRes Architect to work on various long-term upcoming projects.

Looking for:-

  • Owns end-to-end OpsRes design, governance and operating model. Requires DORA awareness, architecture leadership, service management expertise and executive stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work under Clients customers' direction within an existing OpsRes programme, TOM, governance framework and control environment.
  • Practical understanding of Important Business Services, impact tolerances, service chain mapping, scenario testing, resilience risk and regulatory evidence.
  • Clear communication, stakeholder management and ability to translate complex resilience issues into actionable backlog items.
  • Evidence of structured delivery discipline: prioritisation, RACI, RAID, governance reporting, quality assurance and knowledge transfer.

  • Lead OpsRes Architect - Key Skills & Experience
    • Strong background in technology architecture, service management, infrastructure operations, managed services or operational resilience delivery.
    • Demonstrated ability to translate resilience strategy into executable operating models, roadmaps and delivery plans.
    • Experience working with senior stakeholders across technology, risk, security, operations, procurement and business service ownership.
    • Strong understanding of IT service continuity, impact tolerances, RTO/RPO, incident management, third-party dependency and operational risk concepts.
    • Ability to provide design authority, quality control and pragmatic challenge across multidisciplinary delivery teams.
    • Excellent written communication, workshop facilitation, presentation and executive storytelling skills.
