Field Service Technician - Northern Rivers Region

You'll also manage subscriptions, toner deliveries, and monthly stocktakes. If you're organised, detail-focused, and love keeping things moving, we want you!

Requirements

• Proven experience with financial reporting software, front desk support, and customer service within a fast paced team environment.
• Strong understanding of IT and imaging stock needs, polished communication skills, a professional approach, and a current driver's license are essential.
• Experience with ConnectWise or Jim2, management software desirable, and working across sales and service teams will be highly regarded.
