Associate Product Manager - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Associate Product Manager for a hybrid position with a Leading Consumer Electronics Retailer located in Richfield, MN. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

Compensation: $51.46 - $53.61 per hour, W2, based on qualifications

Position Overview:
This role is part of the Customer Account and Identity (CAI) team, which is responsible for managing customer identity and account management experiences. The selected candidate will handle associate product management responsibilities, including backlog management, user story creation, requirements gathering, and data analysis for a development team focused on customer-facing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the product backlog
• Create epics and user stories
• Gather requirements and translate business needs for the development team
• Build business cases
• Perform quantitative and qualitative data gathering and analysis
• Communicate with internal and external teams, providing status reporting

Primary Requirements:

• A/B testing experience
• Experience with requirements gathering and creation
• Strong internal and external communication skills
• Ability to collect and analyze data
• Storytelling skills to explain the 'why' behind the work
• Project management skills

Desired Skills:

• Product Management experience
• Data analysis
• Experience using AI tools for productivity
