Key Requirement:
Looking for a Technical Lead / Architect with strong hands-on experience in Azure Rules Engine, Microsoft Fabric, and Snowflake. Next Best Action / Next Best Offer experience is preferred but not mandatory.

The candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering real-time and batch decisioning solutions, integrating with CRM, marketing, and digital channels, and leading cross-functional teams across engineering, data, business, and QA.
