Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst with 0 3 years of experience to support business operations, requirements gathering, process improvement, documentation, and software implementation projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with a basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Assist with process mapping and gap analysis.
• Support UAT, test cases, and defect tracking.
• Maintain project documentation using Jira and Confluence.
