Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Lead to lead the design, implementation, and support of IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management, and ServiceNow platform integrations, with experience leading enterprise ITOM implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead ServiceNow ITOM implementation and enhancement projects.
  • Design and maintain CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management solutions.
  • Configure and optimize MID Servers and ITOM integrations.
  • Ensure CMDB data quality, governance, and CSDM alignment.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with cloud platforms, monitoring tools, and third-party applications.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and operations teams using Agile methodologies.
  • Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and platform best practices.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of ServiceNow experience.
  • Strong expertise in ITOM, Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
  • Experience with MID Server, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Knowledge of CSDM, ITSM, and ITIL best practices.
  • JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, VMware, Windows/Linux environments.
  • Agile/Scrum, Jira.
  • CSA, CAD, and CIS-ITOM certifications preferred.
