we are a Tier 1 vendor for the City and County of San Francisco for Cloud Services, Staffing Services and Training Services. For this multi-year opportunity with a diverse set of needs to address, we are currently focusing on establishing partnerships with individuals as well as companies who can help us enhance our overall service portfolio, cut lead times, and ultimately help us deliver successfully. We currently hold sizable Government accounts in the San Francisco bay area including City and County of San Francisco, San Mateo County, and Santa Clara County.

We are looking for Epic EHR Experts across technical, implementation, and program leadership tracks to support health system clients at various stages of their Epic journey - from pre-go-live planning through long-term optimization and expansion.

Deliverables

Vary by track and engagement, but generally include one or more of the following:

  • Epic module configuration, build, or optimization work
  • Integration development or troubleshooting (HL7, FHIR, APIs)
  • Go-live planning, activation support, and post-live stabilization
  • Clinical workflow design and end-user adoption support
  • Program governance, stakeholder alignment, or Epic roadmap planning

Required Skills & Experience

  • Direct hands-on experience with Epic EHR in a consulting, implementation, or technical capacity
  • Familiarity with at least one Epic module or functional area (e.g., Beacon, Beaker, ClinDoc, CPOE, Cadence, Chronicles, Bridges, MyChart, or similar)
  • Ability to engage clinical or operational stakeholders and translate requirements into Epic configurations, integrations, or workflows
  • Experience supporting or leading work through at least one Epic project phase (build, go-live, stabilization, or optimization)

Optional Skills (not mandatory):

  • Epic certification in one or more modules
  • Experience with HL7, FHIR, or Epic Bridges/Data Courier integrations
  • Prior work on multi-site or health system M&A Epic consolidations
  • Exposure to SMART on FHIR, CDS Hooks, or modern interoperability standards
  • Program or project management experience in Epic engagements
  • Familiarity with post-go-live analytics, reporting, or Power BI in an Epic context
