Top Skill & Years of Experience Required:

- MS Dynamics, MS Azure, and Application Support 5+ years of extensive experience

- Power Apps, Power Portal, and Power Pages 5+ years of hands-on experience

- Infrastructure, Network, and Application Support 5+ years of experience

- Technical Customer Service Analyst 5+ years of experience

Required Certifications:

- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)

- ITIL Foundation Certification
