Job Description

Title: Senior Director - Business Integration
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 12+ Months

Position Summary

The Senior Director / Director of Business Integration leads the function that connects what the business wants to do with what IT can deliver. This includes business relationship management with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Retail leaders; ownership of customer-facing application strategy across Salesforce, retail engagement, and CX platforms; the retail technology stack supporting Homefront's growth; and the integration architecture that holds customer experience together across channels. The leader in this seat owns the points where Champion meets its customers and channel partners through technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own business relationship management across non-IT business functions Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Retail, and future business units.
  • Lead the customer-facing application strategy Salesforce platform, retail engagement systems, and CX systems.
  • Own the Retail Tech function supporting Homefront's growth store-level systems, retail technology architecture, customer journey across channels.
  • Lead the integration architecture cross-system patterns, platform direction, integration governance in partnership with the Enterprise Architect.
  • Lead business architecture work process-to-system mapping at the business unit level.
  • Shape the future commercial systems portfolio as Client grows through organic expansion and acquisitions.
  • Partner with the Applications function on technical execution of platform work (Salesforce, retail systems, etc.).
  • Manage strategic platform vendors Salesforce and the future integration platform.
  • Build and develop the Business Integration team, including hiring the Integration Architect and developing existing leaders.
  • Contribute to IT Leadership Team decisions on customer-facing technology, integration strategy, and growth investments.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in business and IT leadership, with at least 6 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in business relationship management running structured BRM functions for non-IT business stakeholders.
  • Track record leading customer-facing technology programs CRM (Salesforce or equivalent), commerce, retail systems.
  • Experience with integration architecture and integration platform investments.
  • Experience operating in a multi-channel commercial environment retail, dealer, direct, etc.
  • Experience working in a public company environment with M&A integration exposure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience as a leader or program sponsor (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Commerce Cloud).
  • Retail technology background store systems, point of sale, in-store engagement, omnichannel commerce.
  • Experience leading post-acquisition customer experience integration.
  • Background that combines line business roles and IT roles (the translator profile).
