Informatica MDM Developer

Position: Informatica MDM S360 / Multi-Domain Developer 
Location: Remote 

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Informatica MDM S360 / Multi-Domain Developer with strong expertise in ActiveVOS (AVOS) to support a large-scale Supply Chain client. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing Informatica Multi-Domain MDM solutions, configuring Customer 360 (S360), developing AVOS workflows, and integrating MDM with enterprise applications. This role requires close collaboration with business and technical teams to deliver scalable Master Data Management solutions that improve data quality, governance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Informatica Multi-Domain MDM solutions.
• Configure and customize Informatica Customer 360 (S360) applications.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance ActiveVOS (AVOS) workflows and BPM processes.
• Configure MDM data models, subject areas, landing tables, staging tables, and base objects.
• Design and implement Match & Merge rules, Trust Frameworks, Survivorship rules, and Hierarchy Management.
• Develop business services, validation rules, and workflow processes within Informatica MDM.
• Integrate Informatica MDM with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, ETL, and messaging technologies.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, standardization, matching, and survivorship configuration.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize MDM performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, deployments, release management, and production support.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance, security, and data quality standards.
• Create technical documentation, solution designs, and operational support documentation.

Required Skills Informatica MDM

• 5–10+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in Informatica MDM.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica Multi-Domain MDM / Customer 360 (S360).
• Strong experience configuring:
  • Data Models
  • Subject Areas
  • Landing, Staging, and Base Objects
  • Match & Merge Rules
  • Trust and Survivorship Framework
  • Hierarchy Management
  • Validation Rules
  • Business Services
• Experience with Informatica Data Director (IDD).
• Strong experience with Provisioning Tool configuration.
• Experience implementing MDM workflows and business processes.

ActiveVOS (AVOS)

• Hands-on experience developing and supporting ActiveVOS (AVOS) workflows.
• Experience with BPM process development and workflow orchestration.
• Ability to integrate AVOS workflows with enterprise applications.

Integration & Data Management

• Experience integrating Informatica MDM using:
  • REST APIs
  • SOAP Web Services
  • ETL Processes
  • Messaging Technologies
• Experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
• Strong experience in data migration, data transformation, and ETL implementations.
• Solid understanding of data profiling, cleansing, matching, standardization, and survivorship.

Database Skills

• Strong SQL development skills.
• Experience working with:
  • Oracle
  • SQL Server
  • PostgreSQL

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing Informatica Customer 360 (S360) in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Retail, or Distribution environments.
• Knowledge of enterprise data governance and data quality frameworks.
• Experience with API integrations and service-oriented architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience supporting large-scale MDM implementations across multiple domains.

Preferred Experience

• Supply Chain or Distribution industry experience.
• Experience with multi-domain Master Data Management implementations.
• Exposure to cloud-based Informatica solutions is a plus.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale data integration projects.
