The Role

• Partner with leadership to develop and implement recruitment strategies for key corporate roles.
• Provide expert guidance to managers on performance management and organizational planning.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or a business-focused role.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with management and employees.
