Join the Civmec TeamCivmec is currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator on the BHP Bucket Wheel Reclaimer Upgrade project, delivering critical work across a leading mining operation. Bring your skills, safety focus and team mindset and gain consistent work, strong support, and a crew that values your contribution. Ability to move on to another major project upon successful completion.
The Role- Maintain project documentation, records and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate workforce logistics and site-based communications.
- Contribute to safe and efficient project delivery outcomes.
- Support efficient project delivery through accurate administration.
To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a Site Administrator or similar project support role.
- Experience providing administrative support within a construction, mining, or industrial environment.
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and project documentation.
- Strong problem solving skills and proactive approach to work.
