About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound prospecting through cold calling and LinkedIn outreach, with a passion for generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to identify and engage prospective clients.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach and other prospecting channels.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Qualify prospects based on business needs and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Research target companies and key decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve lead generation targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6 months or more in Sales Development, Cold Calling, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with cold calling and LinkedIn outreach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with prospects and handle objections effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
