SAP Plant Maintenance- 15+yrs Experience

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Techno Functional | SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant with strong expertise in Production Planning (PP) and/or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM/PM), combined with SAP HANA data modeling, SQL development, and cloud-based analytics experience. The consultant will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, optimize, and support manufacturing, maintenance, asset management, and enterprise data solutions leveraging SAP S/4HANA and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Production Planning, Manufacturing Operations, Maintenance Management, and Asset Lifecycle processes.

Configure and support SAP S/4HANA PP and/or EAM (PM) modules.

Design and optimize business processes including:

o Production Planning and Scheduling

o Material Requirements Planning (MRP)

o Capacity Planning

o Work Order Management

o Preventive and Predictive Maintenance

o Asset Lifecycle Management

Collaborate with business and data teams to define enterprise data models and reporting requirements.

Develop and validate SAP HANA data models, CDS Views, and SQL-based analytical solutions.

Support integration between SAP S/4HANA, enterprise data platforms, and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) services.

Work with data engineering teams on data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) processes.

Participate in solution design, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support activities.

Create functional specifications and coordinate development activities with technical teams.

Develop KPIs, dashboards, and operational analytics supporting manufacturing and asset management processes.

Drive continuous process improvement initiatives leveraging SAP HANA analytics and cloud-based data solutions.

Required Skills

Strong SAP S/4HANA Functional experience in:

o Production Planning (PP)

o Enterprise Asset Management (EAM/PM)

Experience with Manufacturing Operations and Maintenance Management processes.

Hands-on knowledge of SAP HANA:

o Data Modeling

o HANA Views

o CDS Views

o SQL Development

Experience working with enterprise data models and reporting solutions.

Understanding of SAP data architecture and integration frameworks.

Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) and cloud-based data ecosystems.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience translating business requirements into functional and data solution designs.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field.

5+ years of SAP Functional Consulting experience.

Experience in Manufacturing, Industrial, Utilities, Energy, or Asset-Intensive industries.

SAP S/4HANA PP and/or EAM certification preferred.

Exposure to BigQuery, Cloud Data Fusion, Dataproc, or other Google Cloud Platform data services is highly desirable.
