Job Description

WALK-IN CENTER IT FIELD TECHNICIAN (IQ BAR)

Key Requirements:
  • Strong foundational knowledge of Information Technology, including hardware, software, and basic network troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience with desktop support, end-user assistance, and ticket management systems
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and evolving processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a Help Desk or Desktop Support role
  • Familiarity with enterprise environments (AD, ticketing tools, device imaging, etc.)
  • Understanding of IT service management processes and best practices
