Education Requirements:
- Associate''s degree AND 7 years of relevant experience
 
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor''s degree in Mechanical Engineer, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or related discipline
 
Required Skills for the Process Control Engineer:
- 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing, heavy industry, industrial equipment, capital projects, plant engineering, or similar hands-on environment
- Project management fundamentals (scope, schedule, cost, risk)
- Metallurgical analysis and materials behavior
- Mechanical systems design and evaluation
- Manufacturing process understanding
