The Role • Lead and inspire inpatient and outpatient growth initiatives for a rehabilitation hospital. • Design and implement innovative referral programs to drive census growth. • Foster a culture centered on patient safety and care excellence. • Guide, train, and develop a dynamic Business Development team. • Create strategies that align with the organization's mission and deliver outstanding patient outcomes. • Monitor critical operational and financial metrics and identify market opportunities and threats. What You'll Need • Proven success in sales and marketing leadership, preferably within the healthcare sector. • Minimum 2 years of experience as a marketing representative or nurse liaison in a healthcare setting. • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. • Familiarity with physician relations, case management, and managed care. • Knowledge of the local healthcare market is a strong advantage. • Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
