The Role • Lead and inspire inpatient and outpatient growth initiatives for a rehabilitation hospital. • Design and implement innovative referral programs to drive census growth. • Foster a culture centered on patient safety and care excellence. • Guide, train, and develop a dynamic Business Development team. • Create strategic plans aligned with the organization's mission to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. What You'll Need • Minimum 2 years' experience as a marketing representative or nurse liaison in a healthcare setting. • Successful track record in leading, managing, or direct sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare. • Understanding of operational and financial metrics, marketing operations, admission processes, and reimbursement systems. • Ability to communicate market opportunities and threats to senior management. • Bachelor's degree in a related area is preferred. • Driver's license and acceptable driving record.
