Jaspersoft Report Developer

<>Job Summary

Senior Jaspersoft Report Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise reporting solutions using Jaspersoft Studio/JasperReports. The candidate will have expertise in complex report development, distributed data platform integration, Java-based application development, and high-volume report generation. JasperReports supports enterprise reporting with multiple output formats including PDF, HTML, Excel, CSV, and XML. 

<>Key Responsibilities

• Develop complex reports using Jaspersoft Studio, including advanced layouts, styling, subreports, crosstabs, and multi-page report designs.
• Build high-volume reporting solutions leveraging virtualizers, pagination optimization, and memory management techniques.
• Create parameter-driven and dynamic reports integrating with Kafka, S3, Trino, Snowflake, and other distributed data platforms.
• Develop interactive HTML5 visualizations using Highcharts, D3.js, and custom JavaScript components.
• Implement role-based access control, report security, and data governance standards.
• Integrate JasperReports with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Optimize SQL queries and report performance for large datasets.
• Support testing, deployment, production support, and reporting enhancements.

<>Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Jaspersoft Studio/JasperReports.
• Strong experience in report design, subreports, crosstabs, and complex reporting frameworks.
• Expertise in SQL development and performance tuning.
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST services, and microservices architecture.
• Experience integrating reporting solutions with enterprise data and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of security, RBAC, and report distribution governance.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

<>Preferred

• Experience in Capital Markets, Clearing & Settlement, or Financial Services.
• Experience with AWS/Azure, CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies.
