  • Coaching and developing managers in HR best practice
  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

You will act as a trusted advisor, helping managers navigate complex employment issues while ensuring compliance, consistency and positive employee outcomes.

You will be a confident HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, navigating complex people matters, and providing practical advice to managers. The key skills/experience that we are looking for include:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification with experience in a similar role
  • Strong employee relations knowledge, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and workplace investigations
  • Good understanding of employment law and HR best practice, with the ability to provide confident, pragmatic advice
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and report-writing skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to support and challenge managers where appropriate
