Business Development Manager

Location: Hampton Wick, Kingston upon Thames (Office Based) KT1 4AE
Salary: £35,000 £40,000 basic OTE £45,000+ in Year One
Contract: Full time, Permanent

We re growing, and we re looking for a Business Development Manager who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and helping customers succeed.

Whether you re developing existing accounts, bringing new customers on board or supporting renewals, you ll play an important role in our continued growth.

What you ll be doing

This is a varied business development role combining new business, account management and customer retention.

You ll be responsible for:

  • Speaking with prospective customers to understand their needs and introduce our platform.
  • Managing existing customer relationships and identifying opportunities to grow accounts.
  • Supporting subscription renewals and ensuring customers continue to get value from Safetyhub.
  • Following up enquiries and generating new business opportunities.
  • Working closely with colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Keeping your sales pipeline organised and up to date.
