An opportunity has become available for an ERP Systems Administrator to join a collaborative ICT team supporting and enhancing an enterprise-wide Epicor ERP environment.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working closely with business stakeholders, improving business processes, configuring ERP solutions, and delivering practical outcomes that make a genuine impact.

The Role

Working within the ICT team, you will:

• Support the administration and configuration of the Epicor ERP platform
• Configure and maintain ERP modules including Finance, Inventory, Warehousing, Manufacturing and CRM
• Gather business requirements and assist with process improvement initiatives
• Maintain user access, security and system administration
• Develop system documentation and user guides
• Deliver end-user training and ongoing support
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate with vendor support where required
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives across the business

About You

You'll bring experience in:

• Epicor ERP administration or support
• ERP configuration and business process analysis
• Supply chain, inventory, warehouse or manufacturing environments
• Understanding of business and accounting processes
• User support and stakeholder engagement
• Documentation and training
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Working within change management environments
