Role: Solution Architect (HRIS, talent, payroll)
Location: Remote Opportunity
Duration: Long-Term Contract

JD Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements into solution architecture designs.
  • Create high-level and low-level design documents (HLD/LLD).
  • Define integration architecture across HRIS, talent, payroll, and external systems
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Define architecture for employee profile modeling, skills graph, career pathing, and workforce analytics. Design real-time and batch data flows.
  • Enable personalization and AI-driven recommendations
  • Architect support for GenAI-enabled use cases (assistant, summarization, insights)
  • Define API-first integration strategy Architect microservices and event-driven workflows
  • Ensure secure data exchange between internal and external systems
  • Manage vendor/SaaS integrations
  • Define scalability, availability, and performance standards
  • Establish security architecture (SSO, RBAC, encryption)Ensure compliance with GDPR and enterprise policies
  • Define observability and monitoring strategy
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Business SMEs
  • Guide engineering teams during implementation
  • Conduct architecture reviews and design governance
  • Support estimation, roadmap planning, and risk mitigation
