Hybrid Aged Care Client Engagement Specialist

Life Without Barriers is seeking a Client Specialist Officer to be the first point of contact for aged care clients in NSW/ACT. This permanent full-time role offers hybrid work from home within our NSW/ACT footprint and a schedule aligned with 8am-6pm AEST, Monday to Friday, with some early/late shifts.

You will handle calls and emails professionally, triage where needed, log interactions, and support service delivery with documentation and data entry tasks.
