The Role

• Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified, interested homeowners.

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

What You'll Need

• 2-5 years of proven sales experience in in-home sales, automotive sales, mortgage/finance, or other high-ticket B2C roles.
• A track record of high performance and hunger for success.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, balancing in-home appointments with other responsibilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivation and a drive to exceed sales targets.
