Accounts Payable Clerk

Our client,, is seeking an Part-time Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:   Part-Time    Accounts Payable Clerk

Location: Tampa, FL

Pay Range: $22-25/hr

Shift: 5 hours per day 5 days/week ( Flexible hours) 

What's the Job? 2 month contract

• Processing and verifying invoices and expense reports accurately and timely
• Managing vendor inquiries and resolving discrepancies efficiently
• Maintaining and updating accounts payable records in the accounting system
• Assisting with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
• Supporting the team with other finance-related tasks as needed

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in accounts payable or related finance roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
