IT Service Desk Pro: Onsite & Remote Support

Brennan IT is looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our friendly and high-performing team in Brisbane. This role requires you to be onsite at the client site up to three days a week.

The successful candidate will provide first-level support via phone, email, and live chat, handle ticket management, and perform remote troubleshooting. Candidates should have a degree in IT, relevant experience, and a technical aptitude.
