Job Description

Senior Technical Project Manager

Location: Remote

Working hours: 2:00 PM IST to 11:00 PM IST

Experience: 10+ years


Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager who owns outcomes, not just timelines. You should be technically fluent, data-driven, and confident enough to influence stakeholders, run strong meetings, and push back when needed.

This is a hands-on, high-judgment role suited for someone with startup exposure and a strong independent point of view.


What you will do

1 Delivery & Execution

  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across teams.
  • Define milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks and unblock execution.


2 Stakeholder Leadership

  • Run structured, decision-oriented meetings.
  • Actively participate in product and engineering discussions.
  • Push back constructively with logic and data.


3 Technical & Data Depth

  • Understand architecture, tradeoffs, and technical risks.
  • Build and maintain operational health dashboards.
  • Create multiple data cuts and synthesize insights that drive action.


Tools & Systems

  • Deep hands-on expertise in JIRA.
  • High learnability for new tools and workflows.
  • Improve processes rather than just follow them.


What we are looking for

  • 10+ years in technical program or project management.
  • Prior hands-on development experience.
  • Strong JIRA skills.
  • Ability to work closely with engineering teams.
  • Startup or fast-paced product company experience.
  • Experience with analytics/BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Strong comfort with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
