IBM Case Manager (ICM) Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IBM Case Manager (ICM) Developer with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting IBM Case Manager solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in workflow development, ICM scripting, custom plug-in and widget development, and IBM FileNet APIs. Experience with Oracle Database and troubleshooting production issues is essential.

Skill Summary:

• Strong experience in IBM Case Manager (ICM) solution design and development.
• Experience with ICM scripting and solution customization.
• Hands-on experience in workflow design and implementation.
• Hands-on experience in custom plug-in and widget development.
• Hands-on experience with IBM FileNet Content Engine (CE), Code Module and Process Engine (PE) Java API development.
• Experience with Oracle Database, including SQL query writing and stored procedure creation.
• Strong experience in debugging and resolving production issues across IBM ICM, Oracle Database, and Java/J2EE components.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and system integrations.
• Experience in incident analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and defect resolution.
• Java/J2EE development experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• The candidate should have good oral and written communication skills.
