Job Description
An Epic Icon needs an Epic Team! We are seeking a problem solving and customer focused IT Support professional with at least 3 years' experience within a technical support or help desk role to join our onsite IT team. The role involves providing comprehensive technical support and maintenance for all IT systems and infrastructure across a cluster of 5 hotels and campground, ensuring seamless operations and optimal guest experiences through reliable technology.
Full time Position Available $80,000 per annum (plus superannuation)
Key Duties- Manage and maintain IT systems across all properties, including Microsoft Office products and cloud-hosted SaaS solutions.
- Respond to and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel and campground operations.
- Implement, upgrade, and troubleshoot software and hardware as needed.
- Provide training and support to staff on various IT systems and tools.
- Assist in maintaining communication infrastructure between the remote site and headquarters.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, application, and infrastructure issues across Windows environments and hospitality technology systems.
- Solid understanding of networking principles, cloud-based SaaS applications, Microsoft 365, Azure, and remote IT environments.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users while delivering a high standard of support.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritise issues, identify root causes, and improve processes through automation using tools such as PowerShell or Python.
