THE IT INTEGRATION ENGINEER ROLE

This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll lead IT integration projects from initial technical discovery through to implementation and handover.

You'll assess existing infrastructure, applications, networks, identity and security environments before designing practical integration plans. A major part of the role will involve Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, Sentinel and Defender for Endpoint.

You'll also lead system rationalisation, identify duplication and technical gaps, and work closely with internal IT teams, stakeholders within acquired businesses and external partners.

Alongside project delivery, you'll help establish a repeatable acquisition onboarding framework, producing technical documentation, playbooks and knowledge-transfer materials that can be used for future integrations.

Strong hands-on Microsoft 365 and Azure experience

Microsoft Entra ID / identity and access management

Intune and endpoint management

Proven Microsoft 365 migration experience, including tenant-to-tenant migrations

Experience across Windows, macOS and Linux environments
