Front end Full stack Engineer with AI

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in Python development.
• Experience building and deploying AI/GenAI applications in production environments.
• Knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, Vector Databases, Embeddings, and Semantic Search
• Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
• Strong API and backend development experience using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and modern engineering practices.
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases, including vector stores.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, security, and performance optimisation.

Highly Desirable

• Experience building Agentic AI solutions and multi-agent workflows.
• Exposure to AI governance, responsible AI, evaluation frameworks, and model observability.
• Experience in banking, financial services, cards, payments, lending, or regulated industries.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted software development practices.
