Job Description

Job Title: IT Strategy UI UX Lead

Location: Milwaukee, WI (Onsite)

Position Type: Contract

 

Job Description:                                                                                                 

• In this role, you'll lead UX strategy, user research, design thinking workshops, and end-to-end experience design across enterprise technology solutions.

• You'll partner closely with business leaders, product owners, architects, and development teams to create intuitive, user-centered experiences that drive adoption and business value.

 

Key Qualifications:
• 8+ years of UI/UX experience, including leadership responsibilities
• Expertise in user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
• Strong experience with Figma and modern design tools
• Experience supporting digital transformation or enterprise-scale technology initiatives
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and design systems
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Preferred:
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Teams
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience
• UX certifications and enterprise transformation experience
