Job Summary – IT Systems Administrator

- Administer and secure endpoint devices, including enrollment, configuration, and enforcement of security policies.
- Oversee user access, account provisioning, and management on SaaS platforms and authentication services.
- Develop and maintain onboarding/offboarding workflows and access control systems using RBAC, SSO, and MFA.
- Automate IT processes by creating scripts and improving tooling to streamline repetitive tasks.
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, system records, and change management logs.
- Support infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and participate in Infrastructure as Code initiatives.
- Contribute to compliance efforts and maintain security controls in alignment with audit standards.
- Track and report on IT performance, security, and compliance metrics.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with internal teams to improve service reliability.
- Provide operational support for distributed systems, SaaS applications, and endpoints across global teams.
