The Role

• Perform final assembly of agricultural vehicles
• Assemble components and sub-assemblies
• Conduct quality checks
• Contribute to process improvements
• Organize and maintain the workspace
• Maintain tools and assembly equipment

What You'll Need

• Completed technical vocational training (e.g., industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician) or equivalent experience in vehicle or component assembly
• Manual dexterity and good craftsmanship
• Willingness to work in a 2-3 shift system
• Reliability and a proactive attitude
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
• Team player mentality
