Senior Business Analyst (SME) BlackRock Aladdin experience MUST

ey Responsibilities:

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the BlackRock Aladdin platform across front, middle, and back-office functions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from investment, operations, risk, and technology stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with development teams on solution design.
• Lead workshops, gap analysis, and process improvement initiatives related to portfolio management, trading, risk, compliance, and investment operations.
• Support Aladdin implementations, upgrades, integrations, and production enhancements.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and production rollouts.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business users to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide guidance on best practices for Aladdin workflows, data management, and reporting.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the investment management or capital markets domain.
• Hands-on experience with the BlackRock Aladdin platform.
• Strong understanding of portfolio management, trading, investment operations, risk management, and asset management workflows.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process modeling, and functional documentation.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, and system integration is a plus.
