Job Title: Business Development Executive (GRC business)

Location: Remote, India

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 1-5 years


Timus Consulting is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive

growth for its Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) consulting and technology

solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business

opportunities, engaging with key stakeholders, and promoting GRC solutions across

global markets.


Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for GRC solutions and

services.

Prospect and engage enterprise customers across Risk Management,

Compliance, Internal Audit, Operational Risk, ESG, and Regulatory

Compliance domains.

Build relationships with Risk Officers, Compliance Heads, Internal Audit

Leaders, CIOs, CISOs, and other decision-makers.

Conduct customer discovery sessions to understand governance, risk, and

compliance challenges.

Position and promote GRC platforms such as IBM OpenPages, Archer,

MetricStream, AuditBoard, and ServiceNow GRC.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Prepare proposals, presentations, and solution pitches tailored to customer

requirements.

Collaborate with consulting and technical teams to support customer

engagements and demonstrations.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve business

development targets.

Track industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments within

the GRC landscape.


Required Skills & Experience

1-5 years of experience in selling GRC, Risk Management, Compliance, Audit,

ESG, or Cybersecurity solutions.

Understanding of Governance, Risk & Compliance frameworks and related

business challenges.

Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management

abilities.

Experience working with enterprise customers and managing multiple sales

opportunities.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

Experience with IBM OpenPages, Archer, MetricStream, AuditBoard,

ServiceNow GRC, or similar platforms.

Exposure to BFSI, Financial Services, or highly regulated industries.

Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
