Backend / Data Infrastructure Engineer

We re looking for a strong Backend Engineer with expertise in Java, distributed databases, and OLAP/data infrastructure to build scalable backend services and internal data platforms.

Must-Have Skills

Strong Java Backend Development
3+ years working with backend services & distributed databases/datastores
OLAP / Data Analytics: Apache Druid, ClickHouse, Pinot, BigQuery, or Snowflake
Data Modeling & Dimensional Schemas
Experience building APIs, shared services, libraries, or developer tools
Kubernetes & Terraform
Prometheus & Grafana
Strong understanding of SLOs, observability, reliability & production support

Nice to Have

Data analytics, marketing, or advertising domain experience
Solutions/integration engineering experience
Performance tuning and load testing experience
Experience with cloud infrastructure and cost optimization

We re looking for someone who can own backend platforms end-to-end, improve reliability and performance, and collaborate across multiple engineering teams.
