MEP Project Manager

We're Hiring | MEP Project Manager | South of England

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced MEP Project Manager to join a leading main contractor delivering a major, high-value project in the South of England.

This is your chance to play a key role on a technically challenging, flagship scheme within either the Data Centre or Pharmaceutical sector, working alongside a highly experienced project delivery team.

The Role

You will be responsible for leading the mechanical and electrical delivery from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of MEP packages on a large-scale construction project.
• Manage subcontractors, consultants and client stakeholders.
• Oversee programme, quality, commercial and HSE performance.
• Coordinate design, procurement, installation and commissioning activities.
• Drive successful project delivery while maintaining excellent client relationships.

About You

• Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager on major construction projects.
• Previous exposure to Data Centre , Pharmaceutical , Life Sciences , Mission Critical , or other complex MEP-intensive projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage fast-paced, technically demanding projects.
