The Role

• Independently set up, equip, and start up casting machines for cylinder heads and crankcases.
• Monitor and optimize machine parameters to ensure product quality.
• Perform quality control checks on manufactured products.
• Assist with assembly, maintenance, and repair work on machines and technical systems.
• Implement corrective actions as needed.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training and very good German language skills.
• Own car is essential for this role.
• Willingness to work in a 4-shift rotation schedule.
• Ability to work in hot environments and good physical stamina.
• Precision, diligence, and a high level of commitment.
