Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing & Acquisition

• Own and scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging digital channels.
• Manage monthly ad budgets and optimize return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
• Run continuous A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, target audiences, and landing pages.

D2C Platform & Operations

• Oversee end-to-end e-commerce store performance on platforms like Shopify.
• Monitor conversion rate optimization (CRO), site speed, product detail pages (PDP), and checkout flows to reduce drop-offs.
• Coordinate logistics, inventory synchronization, and return-to-origin (RTO) reduction.

Retention & Lifecycle Marketing

• Build automated CRM and lifecycle flows via tools like Klaviyo, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
• Design referral programs and loyalty frameworks to drive repeat purchases.
• Monitor key health metrics including average order value (AOV) and customer lifetime value (LTV).

Data Analytics & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Build and track daily/weekly performance dashboards using GA4, Looker Studio, and pixels.
• Partner with design and content teams to brief high-converting creative assets.
• Align growth targets with inventory forecasts and supply chain constraints.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 5-8 years in D2C, e-commerce, or performance marketing for consumer brands.
• Technical Stack: Deep hands-on proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Shopify, and CRM/automation tools.
• Analytical Mindset: Expert knowledge of unit economics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV, MER).
• Startup Agility: High ownership, comfortable with ambiguity, and capable of fast execution.
