Title : Technical Lead (.NET/Azure)
Location: Mechanicsburg PA – 2 days onsite in a week

Required Skills
Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 8+ years in software development, with at least 3 years in an architectural or lead capacity.
Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert. Preferred Skills
Define technical architectures for web, desktop, and cloud applications using modern microservices and monolithic patterns. Evaluate and choose appropriate .NET, JAVA, tools, programming frameworks, databases, and third-party libraries.
Design cloud-native strategies on Microsoft Azure, covering SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS solutions.
Code rules, security protocols, and DevOps guidelines for the engineering team.
Provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, and mentor senior developers.
Translate business requirements into clear technical designs for non-technical leadership.
Design, build, and maintain scalable enterprise software solutions. This role bridges the gap between business problems and technology solutions by defining technical vision, selecting frameworks, and leading development teams, this role is hybrid (2 days onsite, Mechanicsburg)
