The Role • Qualifying and processing service requests or incidents. • Handling, providing remote support for, and resolving minor technical issues. • Managing phone support for IT-related queries. • Developing necessary tools to enhance IT support functions. • Assisting and supporting end-users within the IT helpdesk environment. • Installing and rolling out desktop PCs, laptops, and monitors. What You'll Need • A successfully completed apprenticeship or retraining in IT, or a comparable qualification. • Previous experience in IT support is advantageous. • Solid knowledge of Windows and Citrix operating systems. • Familiarity with network environments and operations. • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken. • A communicative and service-oriented approach to work.
