What You'll Need

• Hold a vocational or higher education entrance qualification, or a qualified vocational degree.
• Demonstrate German language proficiency at B2 level.
• Possess an economic mindset and strong communication skills.
• Show a keen interest in foreign cultures, with potential prior international experience.
• Exhibit flexibility, teamwork, diligence, openness, and organizational skills.
• Communicate effectively in German, English, and ideally another foreign language.
