We are hiring on behalf of a leading healthcare provider in Schleswig-Holstein, a significant player within a nationwide hospital group renowned for its comprehensive patient care and commitment to medical excellence. The Role

• Build and establish a specialized unit for early neurological-neurosurgical rehabilitation (Phase B).
• Lead the medical direction of the Phase B rehabilitation unit in an Oberarzt (Senior Physician) capacity, integrated within the Neurology department.
• Foster strong interdisciplinary collaboration across various departments to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in on-call duty rotations.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of rehabilitation services.

What You'll Need

• Board certification as a Neurologist.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in early neurological-neurosurgical rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated personal commitment, teamwork skills, and strong empathy.
• Open and appreciative communication style.
• Keen interest in shaping your specialized area and a dedication to ongoing professional development.
