Job Description

Role : Salesforce Developer

Location: Richardson, TX
Work Type: Onsite – 5 Days/Week

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and detailed technical stories.
Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, and CSS.
Develop synchronous and asynchronous solutions using:

Batch Apex
Queueable Apex
Scheduled Apex

Design and maintain Salesforce Flows and platform automation.
Develop and maintain integrations using MuleSoft, REST, and SOAP APIs.
Integrate Salesforce with external applications and enterprise systems.
Implement Salesforce security, governance, and platform best practices.
Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
Troubleshoot complex Salesforce and integration issues.
Optimize Salesforce performance while adhering to governor limits.
Build secure, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills

6-7+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
Strong experience with:

Sales Cloud
Service Cloud
Experience Cloud

2+ years of hands-on experience with:

Apex
LWC
Aura Components
Visualforce
CSS

Hands-on MuleSoft integration experience.
Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and external integrations.
Experience with synchronous and asynchronous Salesforce processing.
Strong experience with:

Salesforce Flow
Platform Automation
Batch Processing
Queueable Jobs
Scheduled Jobs

Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governor limits, and platform best practices.
Excellent communication and requirement-analysis skills.
